Cannondale bikes are products of our lifestyle and our engineers will tweak and tune until it meets the demands that are set by our testing standards and more importantly the rider.
Using the latest resources and software such Pro Engineer and CAD, our engineers can build a bike tube by tube and test it virtually by applying virtual loads through Finite Elimate Analysis or FEA before a welding torch is even lit or mold is put into place. Our composites engineers not only design bikes but also the molds, layup schedules and tooling to manufacture the bikes.
